Services process

Demand Communication: Initially, clients communicate with manufacturers to clarify requirements such as material (e.g., plastic, paper, biodegradable materials), quantity, size, shape, color, printing needs (e.g., brand logo, patterns), and special requirements (e.g., heat resistance, leak-proofness).

Design Confirmation: Based on client requirements, manufacturers provide preliminary design drafts, including 3D renderings or design sketches. Clients review the drafts and provide feedback for revisions until both parties confirm the final design.

Raw Material Preparation: Manufacturers prepare raw materials according to the design. For plastic cutlery, plastic pellets may be extracted and processed from petrochemical products; for paper cutlery, waste paper, straw, and other plant fibers are collected and processed into pulp; biodegradable materials utilize corn starch, bamboo fiber, and other bio-based materials. Production and Processing: Prepared raw materials enter the production stage. Plastic cutlery is injection-molded, paper cutlery is formed through pulp molding techniques, and biodegradable materials may use similar molding or pressing techniques. Process parameters are strictly controlled to ensure product quality.

Quality Inspection: Produced cutlery undergoes rigorous quality inspections, including visual checks, dimension measurements, and performance tests (e.g., heat resistance, compressive strength, leak-proofness) to ensure compliance with client require
